- Guests are only able to use their vouchers for one stay at a participating Hotel. This may be varied by the Hotel at their discretion. For each free night of their stay, the guests must pay for at least a breakfast and dinner at the Hotel's standard rates. For any free nights where the guests are required to take breakfast and dinner, the Hotel may still charge for these meals if the guests do not take them. Guests are not required to take breakfast and/or dinner for any nights for which they pay for the accommodation.
- The Hotel may charge full price for accommodation if a valid Active Free Accommodation Voucher is not surrendered as part payment. Photocopied or defaced Active Free Accommodation Vouchers are not valid.
- The offer is based on two adults sharing a twin/double room. For guests requiring single rooms, family rooms or a cot within the room, the Hotel may charge a supplement if applicable. For children staying in a separate room the accommodation can be paid for in full or alternatively, can be free as part of the offer but only if the children's meals are paid for at an adult rate. The Hotel must advise guests of any supplements at the time of booking. One voucher should be submitted for each room booked. Some Hotels may limit the number of Active Free Accommodation Vouchers used at a single time.
- Free Accommodation must be booked in advance and is subject to availability. Seasonal or other date restrictions may apply.
- All Active Free Accommodation Vouchers must be used before the expiry date printed on the voucher.
- Deposits may be charged by the Hotel to confirm the reservation. Any deposits should be refunded or offset against the final bill on departure. Guests should be made aware of any cancellation fees or non-refundable deposits at the time of booking.
- The guests are entitled to up to 3 free nights within their stay but must pay for both breakfast and dinner for each free night of their stay. Additional nights can be included as part of the stay without breakfast and/or dinner, but guests must pay for the accommodation for these nights at the standard rate. Minimum stay requirements may apply.
- If there are no standard rooms available for the dates requested by the guest, the guest will have to choose different dates. The Hotel may offer them an upgrade to a superior room for a supplement if applicable/available. If the guest requests an upgrade to a superior or family room, the Hotel may charge a supplement for this as applicable.
- Participation in any Active Offer implies acceptance to the Terms and Conditions as set out in the promotional literature and/or website(s) and the Terms and Conditions of the chosen Hotel.
- Active Free Accommodation Vouchers will only be accepted at Hotels listed within the accompanying Free Accommodation promotional literature and/or website(s). Participants contract directly with the chosen Hotel.
- Participating Hotels provide their own public liability insurance.
- Although Active, its partners and agents have taken all reasonable measures to ensure that all Hotels listed will redeem the Active Free Accommodation Vouchers, acceptance of the Vouchers is at the discretion of the individual Hotels.
- Active reserves the right to change the details of the participating Hotels without notice. Details of any changes can be obtained from Active on 0844 372 7511 during normal office hours.
- The images and descriptions used within the Active Free Accommodation promotional literature and/or website(s) may not accurately reflect the accommodation provided.
- No cash alternatives will be offered.
